Paper Money Guarantee has recognized this with not only the Exceptional Paper Quality designation but by also awarding the coveted Star symbol. The PMG Star is infrequently given to their graded notes. In the case of the Fr.249, it appears with three examples, this one and only two superlative Gem notes.
