How to Order

Please be sure to add our email addresses to your safe lists and be sure to check your spam folders for any misdirected messages:

  1. Click "Order" button that appears under viewed item. You will be directed to your shopping cart where the selected item will appear.
  2. Click "Checkout" button if finished shopping, or "Continue Shopping" button to view other items. 
  3. For established accounts, enter your E-Mail Address and Password. For new accounts, enter your contact, billing and shipping information. Complete login password information to facilitate future shopping and communication, if desired (recommended but not required).  
  4. Review order summary. Enter any desired information or comments in "Comments" block.
  5. If accurate, click "Finalize Order" button. Click one time only.  
  6. View and print Invoice. Record Order Number for future communication. Your purchase will be placed in reserve status instantly. Currency Quest will send you an immediate automated confirmation by e-mail. Prompt receipt of payment is required to assure availability. 
  7. Send payment by check or money order to: Currency Quest, PO Box 384, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068-0384  Note: all checks are subject to bank clearance. 
  8. Charge Cards & PayPal: To pay via Charge Card through your PayPal Account, use the highlighted "PayPal" link and you will be able to process payment via PayPal directly. You do not need a pre-existing PayPal account to use your charge card (Charge payments will not be processed otherwise automatically on the Order Form but may, in some instances, be processed over the phone [614-864-8875).
  9. We recommended that you send us an e-mail notifying us of the date that payment is being sent.
  10. Your order will be shipped promptly once payment has cleared the banking process. 

You may also call us to place an order. 

Note: All items are subject to prior sale. Although items are always available when listed, there may be occasions when an item is sold by phone or while at a show or convention. In those instances, a "hold" or "sold" indication on the site will not appear as quickly as usual. You may always order by phone, or call to confirm availability.

Items On Hold: If you view an item on hold that you wish to purchase, send us an e-mail notifying us of your interest. On request, you will be placed next in line in the event the item becomes available, which happens from time-to- time with online orders.

Add our name to your address book and check your spam folder after placing an order reservation.
