Emirate of Bukhara, 1918 3000 Tengas, Serial Number 15870, Extremely Fine, PMG-40

The Emirate of Bukhara was formally organized as an Islamic state in 1785 under the Manghit Dynasty. The Emirate was conquered by the Russian Bolsheviks in 1920 and became the Bukharan People's Soviet Republic. Today, the territory is mostly in Uzbekistan.  The Tenga was replaced by the Russian ruble at a rate of 1 Ruble = 5 Tenga (3000 Tenga = 600 Rubles).
