1891 $1 Treasury Note, An attractive, uncirculated example of the Stanton Note with the Tillman-Morgan signatures. Graded Choice Uncirculated 64 by PMG, this note has excellent color and near-perfect margins. There is a grade notation of "minor rust" by PMG that apparently refers to tiny and slight discoloration at the bottom margin of the note. "Minor" is the operative word here as it virtually defies detection and is certainly not a distraction to this very appealing "Coin Note".
