Treasurer of the US Mary Ellen Withrow was very generous with her autograph while in office. We encountered her a few times during that period at numismatic events when the BEP provided their money display. We have two examples of the Series 1993 $1 Federal Reserve Notes of the Dallas District with her courtesy autograph. They were printed in Fort Worth and all are from the same sheet. They are all Gems. The images are representative of each.
