Fr.347, 1890 $1 Treasury Note, Fine

This Treasury Note will be an affordable addition to your collection. The overall appearance quite nice for the grade. The colors have been largely retained, with the the green ink of the all-important back design particularly strong. The only flaw is a couple of tiny, trivial margin nicks.
