Relatively common in lower grades, a note of this type so well preserved is fairly scarce. With more light handling than actual folds, we grade it conservatively at AU-50, although it would likely grade higher by a TPG. The paper quality is excellent and the margins are clear of or at the frame lines except at the bottom. This is without question a premium example of the issue
