This note was printed on watermarked paper. "Issued Oct 6th, 1862" hand written contemporaneously on back; as well as interest paid stamps of January 1, 1864 and January 1, 1865. The interest rate was 2 per day.

A bright, beautiful example of the "Hoer" note, but it was previously mounted and exhibits evidence of such on the back.
