The New England Commercial Bank of Newport, Rhode Island, $1 Remainder, Choice CU. A beautiful note with virtually perfect centering (rare in a "B" position obsolete) and bright colors. There is a single tiny pinhole at the upper-left tip, outside of the frame line, otherwise a Gem and still a super example from this bank.
