1928B $20 Philadelphia Federal Reserve Note, Light Green Seal, XF/AU. An attractive note that has not received any significant circulation. This is an early Fed, bearing the "Redeemable in Gold" clause that would be a nice addition to any collection, especially to that of a young adult born in 1998!
