2009 $20 San Francisco Federal Reserve Note Error With Missing Treasury Seal.

This error occurs when the green ink register used in the printing of the U.S. Treasury seal goes empty, so the proper technical name is "Insufficient Inking Error". This note is in Choice Very Fine condition and looks even better. It is graded such by PMG and the label bears the Exceptional Paper Quality designation.

Very close examination reveals a very tiny amount of green ink still present where the top of the seal shoud be.
