It is a high-end Very Fine and looks better, but it should be noted that there has been some professional restoration. Very close examination reveals repair to a few tiny bottom margin nicks that are now all but invisible to the naked eye. Consequently, the price has been kept well below the expected price (this exact note actually sold on eBay years ago for approximately $900.00).
